Southern Archipelago has on 3 August 2021 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Strategic Premium Pte Ltd. and Luminous Global Inc to acquire 40.8% of Mendol Investments Pte Ltd.

Mendol Investments owns and operates luxury glamping hotel Natra Bintan, part of the Tribute Portfolio family of independent, design-driven hotels with character by Marriott International.

Located on 52,318 sq m of land on Bintan Island in the Riau province of Indonesia, Natra Bintan is a picturesque glamping retreat that sits right on the beautiful Crystal Lagoon.
